About The Eyes Inc

The Eyes Inc is an optical practice in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, specialising in progressive lenses. Rather than fitting a single default design, we work with six customised progressive lens designs, each chosen to suit a different visual task — general daily wear, office work, laptop use, desktop viewing or multi-screen setups.

Comfortable progressive lenses depend on getting three things right: an accurate prescription, precise fitting, and a lens design that matches how you actually use your eyes. Many people are told their discomfort is simply something to adapt to. In our experience it is usually traceable to the design, the measurements or the working distance — not to progressive lenses as a category.

Our assessment considers your prescription, visual habits, current glasses and how your eyes work together before we recommend a design. For heavy laptop or desktop users, our customised designs offer up to 75% more intermediate viewing area than a standard progressive.

We help first-time wearers and people who never fully adapted to their previous pair. Our goal is straightforward: progressive lenses that suit your eyes, rather than asking your eyes to suit the lens.
