Her tone was unfriendly and told me off that I came in wrong direction and shouldn’t enter from warehouse side and she wanted me to take my wheelchair and brought over to the main entrance. Even after I mentioned that my wheelchair is already at the warehouse. Somehow another colleague a male guy took over and spoke to me in nicer tone. To the old aunty you need to learn to be customer oriented or else please retired . Anyone can make a mistake entering wrong side as not familiar with your office. So be mindful with your tone. I came to repair wheelchair and not to look at your annoying face. If you don’t like people to enter the wrong location, why not you standby at the other side to direct customers instead of talking rudely. Perhaps, this frontline is not suitable for her. She should work backend. I salute the warehouse guy so polite. Maybe the company can consider putting this aunty as warehouse personnel and repairing wheelchairs instead of frontliner.
